Road names rendered upside down

There's a ticket raised against OpenStreetMap? (http://trac.openstreetmap.org/ticket/569) reporting some streets whose names are being rendered upside down by mapnik. The streets in question can be seen at http://openstreetmap.org/?lat=61.48511&lon=23.82427&zoom=15&layers=B0F - note that if you zoom in one more notch the names are the right way up.
