Weighted-center labeling support

Description

Currently polygons are only labeled at their centroid. I'm interested in having polygons labeled even when the polygon's center is not in the image.

And I'm interested in having multipolygon labels be able to be placed at the weighted-center of the multipolygons, so that smaller more distance multipolygons (like island off of a large continent) would not pull the label center like a centroid method does. This could be an optional setting.
